Pattern of the month comes from the
Wow Amy!! You certainly 'think outside the square'...pardon the pun....hahaha.
LOVE your intro....inspirational and with plenty of scope for this month.
Great intro, Amy! I am imagining all the bright, colourful, warm and FUN squares that will be created this month to put big smile on the little faces :))
Ever since I was gently prodded into trying the crochet Chain Stitch Square in two colours, I've been 'hooked' on it (haha). This pattern makes a beautiful square on its own, but when you change colours on every other row, it's a real winner!
I've never been much of a crocheter, but since discovering how easy - and fun! - it is to work this pattern, I'm absolutely loving it. It works up so fast that I find my hook goes 'vroom-vroom' from beginning to end :)))) ... xo
Wonderful square and in PINK not less. Love this square and I must revisit this pattern.
Are you sure you are feeling okay.
Hahaha ... actually, it's my camera that isn't feeling okay. The 'pink' is actually a very deep burgundy with a sparkle running through it. The other yarn is a variegated with pink, cream, blue, green and yellow.
Funny - when I look at it, the blue stands out for me. However, I know there is one among us who will miss the blue entirely and see only the burgundy/pink ... LOLOLOL
You and Bev are hilarious Gloria...lovely square.
Oh goodness, I had not thought of Mother Nature's speedsters!
What a lovely introduction to this month's theme!
Sigh....you had to go and spoil it Glo.........I was smiling at my screen, enjoying that beautiful rich PINK!!....but I do like burgundy, too...so I'm still smiling....and I do see glimpses of a sweet pastel pink, too. :)) ....and yes, I've tried to un-see that blue popping out...........maybe because it looks so out of place....JUST KIDDING. :))
It's a truly beautiful square and I LOVE it. xo
Great square Chris!
Chris, this is a great square that will add a bright spot to a blanket ... xo
This is such a perfect square for a boy.
I love trains, and riding on them.
I love red and royal/dark blue together...and with the addition of that cute little train...its PERFECT!! I see one happy little chappy when he spies this in his blanket, Chris. :))
