Joan, this is a perfect "boy"blanket!  Super colors and the red really makes it zing :))  I even spy a bit of pink in there.  Good for you!  When my oldest son graduated from High School, he chose a pink tie and puff to complete his outfit.  He looked incredibly smart and proved to me that every color is a boy color :)

As I have been working away with different color combos, I have mixed a few that, to me, are incredibly boy.  I grew up with 5 brothers, raised 2 sons, and helped to nurture 2 grandsons.  Every now and then, some of my color choices have sparked a memory of a shirt, sweater, or jacket I used to see on one of "my" boys.

I am looking forward to everything that will be created this month and I'll be watching the colors and combinations for 'memory-joggers' :)))  xo

This was a variegated yarn Glo, there was a bit of red in it but I added more to brighten it up a bit :)

Well, Joan, you did a great job.  A lucky little boy is going to love it ... xo

A fantastic new blanket, Joan. Perfect!!

Another brilliant c2c blanket Joan, you make them so well, finished beautifully with a framing border :))

Joan, your colours combination is so beautiful!

Perfect colours for the theme, Joan. Another great blanket.

This speaks of boy to me. Your yarn colors seem to speed across this blanket. They will love it.

Wow...amazing blanket Joan

I love your 'think boys' intro Glo, it is very inspirational, making feel a little like the 'old gal' in rollers at the end! BTW, your squares are gorgeous :))

Thanks, Chris!   That 'old gal' stole my heart 'cause she could be me ... hahaha ... xo

Oh dear, oh dear ... I see that I have a "typo in my intro" ;)  There are two 'our' before 'beautiful PJs'.  If this is really bothering anyone, I will change it.  If not, may I just leave it ... perhaps as a little reminder that I'm not perfect (as if you needed a reminder ... hahahaha) ... xo
