Both very pretty, Pam ... especially the centre of the square on the left ... hahaha So nice to see more of your grannies ... xo
Lovely squares, Pam.
Lovely grannies, Pam.
Thanks Glo, Diana and Patricia - am getting back into the swing of things - thankfully no problems with the wrist these days!
It shows! Welcome back, Pam.
Good to hear your wrist has healed, Pam. We don't realize how much we use every little part of our limbs until something goes wrong.
So good to see your pics back on the forum. Lovely colour combos here. LOVE the vibrancy of the left pic.
Thanks Bev for you kind words, it didn't help that I lost my precious written instructions in the house-move, but thankfully Linda & Dave from Canada, visited the Lake District last October and invited me to spend a week with them at Keswick. We wrote out the instructions for a Granny, then I photographed the process at each stage. Both written and photographic instructions are safely downloaded into my KAS file! Occasionally I still go wrong and have to 'fudge' my way out - just hate having to unwind the squares, but sometimes 5 corners forces me to do just that!
Five corners would certainly be a brain-teaser for the "not-a-square" sewing-up team in SA, Pam!
Actually Patricia it is quite easy to do - when watching an absorbing TV programme! However, I do try not to give the N-A-S team too much work!!!
You are making me laugh Pam.
