HERE’S OUR CHANCE TO SAY
“MERRY CHRISTMAS and THANK YOU”
To our wonderful volunteers in KAS South Africa

Every now and then, the KAS bank account runs a bit low, and we need to put a little extra effort into providing funds to keep our vital work of ‘warming children’ going on without interruption.

This year, we are hoping to provide much needed funds by creating as many ‘virtual blankets’ as we can.

You can join in the fun by purchasing a square (or two, or several) for just $5 each. You might want to purchase a square in memory of a loved one, or a square for each of your grandchildren, or some squares just because you love what we are accomplishing in South Africa.

Choose the number on the squares you want on the diagram below, post it in the discussion below and go to Paypal to pay for your purchase (click the Donate button to the right of this window). Please mark donation “for virtual blanket” in the message area on Paypal.

LET’S SEE HOW MANY BLANKETS WE CAN CREATE!

Wow - a couple of days snowed under with family stuff and I return to find the blanket No 2 is complete and No3 is well on the way!!!

Numbers 9 & 11 & 29 & 35 please.  Nine & twentynine are the birth dates of our two daughters, 11 is my husbands and 35 is my age:)))  Donated $20 through paypal

So lucky, Diane, that the numbers are still available.  The blankets are just gorgeous.  Thank you, Andrea.

Tried the donate button but the link is not working for me.  I will try again later.  Does anyone know the address to put directly into the Paypal address box for Knit-A-Square?

Try clicking the donate button on the right hand side of your window, Arlene. I’ve tried to fix the link before and I guess it didn’t take.

The button still does not work for me.  What is the email address for KAS?  I can type it directly into my paypal account to make a donation.  Thank you so much for your help.

I found the email address to put directly into my Paypal account.

ronda@knit-a-square.com. Will send donation.  Link still does not work for me at this time.

I will take 1,4,13 and 27 for different family birthday combinations.

I sent $45 USD FOR 9 squares: 1,4,5,7,8, 13,, 24, 27, 28.  In Memory of Baby Raina who was with us for 9 precious days, April 5 - 14, 2019.

I'm sorry for your loss, Arlene.  We will think of her when seeing this blanket.

I'm so sorry Arlene, it's so hard. Cherish your memories of those precious days.

Arlene I feel so sorry for you, it is so hard for you to bear the loss. Blanket number 3 will be very special and precious, in my thoughts I will call it the Baby Raina blanket. xo

DONATE: KNIT-A-SQUARE

The Donate button provides 2 options:

  1. One time donation
  2. Monthly subscription               [click the box]

Because of PayPal/banking fees, KAS asks that your donation be 5USD [or more].  Anything less, means your donation is eaten up with fees.  Thank you!

CREATECARE GLOBAL

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."

Our thanks to CreateCare Global for supporting the Square Circle Forum and helping to spread the wonderful work that KAS does.
