Yes, please!!  Order me one of each ... hahaha ... xo

Get in line, Glo, they're doing mine first.....LOL   xo

No problem, Bev, I can wait.  I just know there will be lots of blue left after you've placed your order :)))) ... and I didn't want any pink anyway ... tee hee hee ... xo

They did mine already. Jean Michel's just finished the extension to the house to stash it all.

I love it.

I saw this photo today, it made me smile that a little girl from years ago could knit so well........ and wonder how clean her yarn was after rolling around on the soil :))

Oh my goodness, Chris, what an adorable picture!  And yes, her yarn must have a few smudges in it :)  What strikes me is those knitting needles. They're nearly as long as she is ... hahaha ... xo

Thank goodness for black and white photos....hides the smudges better......lol. Such a sweet pic.  :))

She is a northern knitter, I bet!  In the north of the UK long needles are used and tucked under the arm, or into a belt, when working.

Wow! That's interesting...thanks for sharing, Rebecca.  :))

Rebecca, this sent me to google.  I found this:

Goes to show you you're never to old to learn something new!  Thank you, Rebecca, for making me  a little wiser today :))) ... xo

Thank you Glo! What an interesting article, I have only  just scanned it, but will read it properly later. To see the same photo of the little girl and have her name was a lovely surprise..... Chrissie!
