Patricia, these are lovely! (I tried an elephant applique like this and couldn't get it right, so I'm even more impressed!)

Patricia, your elephants are so sweet!!  I'm sure Lesley's elephant will be glad of the company :)) I love the grass, sky, and sun in the bottom square ... I especially love the sky.  Ours has been very grey for the past few days so it's lovely to see a blue one ... :))) xo

I wasn't sure it was a very African landscape but I thought at least it looks nice and cheerful.

Patricia, you're right ... it is very nice and cheerful :)  A child will love it, it will add beauty and warmth to a blanket, and I think that's more important than "looking like" an African landscape.  It certainly brightened my day :)))  xo

Delicious !! Thanks Patricia

Definitely an African landscape, Patricia.....just googled it....lol......and in colours the children will enjoy. LOVE your cute little elephants.  :)) I am sure they will be pleased to meet Lesley's little fella.

Even my finger wants to run around these elephants. Love them. Great sun, sky and grass!!!

Blanket in SA Flag colours

A stunning blanket xx

OOOH, Diane, this is amazing!  Great way to use the colors of the S.A. flag.  Well done! xo

A magnificent blanket. Well done, Diane!!

Yes, what a clever way to get an equal distribution of all the colours. I love it.
