Welcome to the theme for December:

CLEAR THE DECKS

I'm sure we all have bags or boxes that look like this:

Look at each ball carefully.

Is there enough yarn left to make 1 Plain Jane?

No? Then maybe a 2 colour stripe or diagonal,

a 3 colour stripe, or a granny square?

Or, if you're thinking big, how about taking inspiration from this masterpiece?

Celebrating Yarn November Theme 2018

(Take a bow, Amy from the USA).

Of course it may be that you have a pile of squares waiting for the ends to be darned in. This is the month to finish them off and get them sent to South Africa.

If you like making hats, hand-warmers or toys, this is also the month for you as these are ideal uses for those partially used balls of yarn.

Pattern on the Month 12-15

So, no excuses -

there's something for everyone this month -

and think how good it will feel to Clear those Decks!

Awesome square. Love the technique used. Thanks.

Beautiful! Gloria, I admire your Tunisian crocheting.

I really think this is something I've got to learn how to do, Gloria. I just love the texture.

Patricia, please do give it a try!  I know that once you learn you will be making some incredible items in TC :)) ... xo

Good on you, Glo, for creating a LOVELY  square that doesn't include ANY blue.....hahaha  xo

Love the classy holiday hints in this square, Gloria.   Doesn't that texture look inviting?   I just know the children will be tracing the pattern with little fingers.

Striped grey and olive beanie . Warm and fluffy . The green yarn has a touch of alpaca.

High quality hat in both yarn + craft-womanship ✅

It must be very pleasant to wear such a beanie. I love alpaka, too.

This looks so soft and squishy, Diana. Beautiful.

What a lovely beanie, Diana!  I can imagine a happy little face peeking out from under that soft and cozy hat.  A real treasure ... xo

WOW!! You finished it already, Diana!! Looks GREAT....and with the alpaca blend, a little extra softness and warmth....well done!!
