With the start of 2019, we want to celebrate cute, cuddly, huggable, soft toys of all kinds, and then see them in distributions throughout the year along with blankets, handwarmers, and beanies.
We have our very own KAS Cuddlebug Pattern
We love Charity Store finds, toys from closet clean-outs,
and toys from children's donations.
We love hand-made toys, whether they be knitted, crocheted, or loomed.
Every child loves having a soft toy to call their own.
Please help us make this happen for all the children that will receive a
KAS Package this year. Remember that a KAS Package is a blanket of 35 squares, a pair of hand-warmers, a beanie and a toy. Please share photos your squares, blankets, beanies and hand-warmers with us, too.
We can't wait to see your contributions of love!
I simply adore these little dolls. They seem to have individual characters and will appeal to children massively. Just fabulous!
I am in absolute awe of all your individual, cute dolls, Sandra. An amazing array of fun and love for the children.
I just keep thinking of all that sewing up, stuffing and making of the facial features....you're a star!!!
Thank you Amy
i did cheat a bit though. The first lot of 100 Dolls was posted off in December. I had checked ahead to see what the themes were for 2019 and so didn't post them to the forum until January. I remembered the Teddy Bears Picnic from last year.
Wow Chris!!! You certainly hit the jackpot this time. What a SUPER collection of handknitted toys you discovered. We don't call you the toy sleuth for nothing. :))
Aren't those a dapper group of teddies. Love your colors and those darling bow ties.
You do them soooo well, Lesley. I am in awe of the neatness that you achieve. GORGEOUS colours. :))
what beautiful teddies! I love their ears !
I love all of these cuties. Yes, the barn may get overrun by all the flamingos flying south.
Gorgeous! Another song title from you Patricia; Manfred Man....... humming it since I saw your photo!
